The Product
The Case File: Investigator Package is a unique, versatile, comprehensive, and detailed case management system for use by attorneys, paralegals, private investigators, law enforcement detectives, and investigative journalists.
"Case management" covers all the steps necessary to retrieve, record, and utilize all manner of pertinent information related to a client, their investigative needs, the office processes and procedures involved, and any final outcome of the case. This also includes the internal office scheduling, billable hours (fees and wages), costs, and all clerical activity associated with the operation of the case.
While many products claim to be "case management" programs, most are either high-dollar contact management programs (over-priced versions of an address book type program), or collections of "action forms" or "filing forms."
The Case File is virtually the only case management tool available that focuses on the actual nuts-and-bolts procedures of today's modern investigative processes. It's strong enough to act as a stand-alone system, yet flexible enough to be integrated in with any other system. Even more, it can be used on paper or on computer, and it can be fully customized by the user.

The Opportunity
At InfoQuest, we fully believe in helping those who help us.
Therefore, we have set up the affiliate program for The Case File as a two-tiered program that pays a flat rate of $30 (thirty dollars) to the first tier (seller) and $5 (five dollars) to any existing second tier ("up-line"). Our product price is $59.95 (fifty nine dollars and ninety five cents, US), so you can see that your commission would be just over 50%.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for affiliates already associated with either software, law offices and legal profession groups, or with other professional products with which The Case File can readily associate.
We’re also looking for professional associations such as private investigator associations who would like to use The Case File as one of their fundraising products. Simply pasting our link on your homepage and directing your members there can provide quite a bit of funding for upcoming professional activities.
We're not concerned whether you're a beginning marketer or a seasoned professional as long as you meet these criteria and others set forth in our Affiliate Terms of Service.
The Market
As we mentioned above, The Case File is designed for use by attorneys, paralegals, private investigators, law enforcement detectives, and investigative journalists.
Therefore the market is any of those individuals, groups, or entities associated with them. This opens your doors for marketing to offices, schools, professional organizations, or retail companies that carry other professional / related products.
